Common Mistakes

Wrong

Trying to automate all processes without doing ROI assessment

Right

First automate high-frequency, low-complexity, high-error-rate processes, and then use data to prove the value before expanding.

Wrong

A better solution is to only use RPA for interface automation and ignore API integration.

Right

RPA is the last resort - if there is an API, use it, it is more stable and efficient

Wrong

Automated processes have no exception handling and manual degradation mechanisms

Right

Any automated process must have a de-escalation path designed to "leave it to humans when the AI is unsure"
