1. 让 Codex 先理解任务
把课程包加入本地项目；只给当前案例输入与规则，先让它复述目标、输入、输出和异常规则。不要要求先学编程。
2. 复制完整任务
Transcribe apollo11-small-step.mp3 if an audio-capable tool is available in this subscribed session. Mark uncertain words. Separately summarize meeting-notes.txt into actions with source IDs. Do not attribute the notes to the audio. If audio transcription is unavailable, report that limitation rather than presenting the supplied notes or a remembered quote as a transcription.

5. 复用到下一次
Save the confirmed instructions and rules as a reusable workflow. Describe accepted inputs, expected outputs, exception handling, human review and safe reruns. Do not claim it works for unsupported file layouts.
